Standard E-Mail Support
All users (including evaluation users) receive free, unlimited support by e-mail during standard support hours.
 
 
Pay-Per-Incident All-Hours Telephone Support
For critical issues outside our standard support hours you can purchase after-hours telephone or e-mail support for $249 per incident. If we are not able to reply to your request within 2 hours, you are not charged for the incident.
